CANCELLATION POLICY

Pheelin’ Phuzzy Wax Bar — Cancellation, Deposit & Appointment Policy 🍑💚 At Pheelin’ Phuzzy, we value your time and are committed to giving every client the smooth, relaxing, and efficient experience they deserve. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for the services you select when booking. To keep our schedule flowing and ensure fairness for all clients, please review our cancellation, deposit, and appointment policies below. ⸻ 1. 24-Hour Cancellation Notice * If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. * This allows us enough time to offer your appointment slot to another client and maintain an efficient schedule. ⸻ 2. Cancellation Fees * Late Cancellation (within 24 hours): A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged to the card on file. * No Call, No Show: A fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged to the card on file. * Any outstanding fees must be paid before additional appointments can be booked. ⸻ 3. Same-Day & During-Appointment Service Changes Please book only the services you intend to receive. When you schedule multiple services, the appropriate amount of time is reserved specifically for you based on all services selected at the time of booking. If you decide to cancel, remove, or decline a scheduled service at the time of your appointment or after your appointment has already begun, you will still be responsible for the cost of the service(s) originally reserved. This policy applies even if you choose not to receive one or more of the services during your appointment. Why? Because that time was specifically blocked on the schedule for you and could have been offered to another client. Once your appointment begins, that reserved time cannot reasonably be filled by another client. If you need to remove or change a service, please make those adjustments at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This policy is in place to respect the time reserved for every client and to keep scheduling fair and consistent for everyone. ⸻ 4. Bypassing Cancellation Fees You can avoid cancellation fees by: * Canceling or rescheduling before the 24-hour window, OR * Moving your appointment to another available time within the same calendar week. Keeping Your Deposit If you need to move your appointment within the same calendar week, please message me directly. Based on availability, we can adjust your appointment and allow your already-paid deposit to remain attached to your appointment. ⸻ 5. Deposit Requirements * A nonrefundable deposit is required for every appointment. * Deposit amounts vary depending on the number and type of services booked. * If you pre-book your next appointment while in the salon, your deposit will automatically be charged one week before your appointment to secure your time slot. * If the card on file does not process, you will receive a text reminder to manually pay your deposit. * If the deposit is not paid, your appointment will be canceled and the time slot will be released to another client. ⸻ 6. Payment Information A card is securely kept on file for scheduling purposes. Your card may be charged for: * Nonrefundable deposits * Late cancellation fees * No-show fees * Scheduled services canceled, removed, or declined at the time of the appointment, in accordance with this policy By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to Pheelin’ Phuzzy’s booking, cancellation, deposit, and appointment policies. ⸻ 7. 7-Minute Grace Period Each appointment includes a 7-minute grace period. You must be inside the suite, on the table, and ready to be waxed within those 7 minutes. The grace period does not include time spent: * Parking * Using the restroom * Getting settled after arrival 👉 Please use the restroom before entering the suite. If you arrive and still need to step away, please do not come to the room to notify me. Simply text the business number to let me know you’ve arrived. ⸻ 8. Health & Safety First If you are sick, feeling unwell, recovering from surgery, or not 100% back to yourself, please do not come to the salon. Even if you are wearing a mask or believe you are no longer contagious, I require clients to be fully well before being serviced. As a one-woman small business, I do not have paid time off. Becoming sick affects not only me, but every client scheduled after you.
